KATHLEEN KINMONT | 57

Many of the women who appeared in supporting roles in John Carpenter’s Halloween films went on to have successful careers once they did the movies. Kathleen Kinmont is one of these actresses, and we’re sure you’ll be astonished to learn about her current situation.

Her career began to take off in the mid-1980s, with broadly comedic roles, such as a cameo in Hardbodies and a supporting role in Fraternity Vacation. She first tasted unusual roles when she secured the lead role in the sci-fi action film Phoenix the Warrior. Kinmont is most famous for her role as Kelly Meeker in Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers in 1988. After her first big break, she continued her horror streak, landing credits in several films. Kinmont now runs a successful photography business, produces her line of yoga videos, and writes articles for the Huffington Post.
